This is the day of the week where we get to know each other better by answering a question devised by our lovely hostesses Parajunkee & Alisoncanread. We also gain new followers by joining each other's sites via GFC, so please let me know if you're a new follower since I automatically follow back. And now for this week's question....
Question: Keeping with the Spirit of Giving this season, what book do you think EVERYONE should read and if you could, you would buy it for all of your family and friends?
Answer: I'm not normally a fan of YA, but The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins blew me away. It was exciting, thought-provoking, and brought YA to an adult level. It appeals to both of the sexes and has qualities that easily draw a reader in.
Couldn't agree more with your choice. Plus, with the movie coming out in March, it'd be a perfect way to show people who haven't read the books how amazing it is.
