Feature & Follow Friday......


Hello all, it's that day of the week where we learn new things about each other and discover new blogs along the way.  We also help each other by becoming followers of one another.  Normally that following would be through GFC (which would be great if you'd still take a few seconds to do), but with that being eliminated for certain blogs (a big boo-hiss to that) I now ask that you follow through a RSS Feed (or Twitter, FB, or email) which you can find to the right.  I want to thank all of you ahead of time who choose to become a follower and make sure to let me know in the comments if you're new so I doubly make sure to follow you back.  And now for this weeks get to know me question....

Q: What drove you to start book blogging in the first place?

 

A:  There wasn't really one particular reason.  I've always enjoyed expressing my opinion and interacting with others and thought blogging would meet my needs.  I also wanted the opportunity to interact with authors since I'll never get to a con and no authors come near where I live.  I'm definitely doing that now.  I also wanted to leave some sort of legacy behind, since I don't think my cat counts.

    No author's come where I live either. so this is the best way for me to talk, tweet or email my faves.

    I understand your pain about not having an author visit--my town is pretty small and I highly doubt that people like John Green would ever have a meet up here.... sigh. A girl can dream right?

    Nice answer!. Being from Oklahoma, we don't get alot of author stops or cons either.
