Olivia Cunning's Sinners on Tour series continues to entertain and raise the temps through one hot interlude after another in her latest, Hot Ticket.  Jace Seymour has always been the quiet and unassuming one in the band but that just means he's able to hide his demons better. After a very traumatic childhood with one death after another surrounding him he finds himself feeling unworthy of love and happiness.  He feels alone and on the outside of the close knit family the the Sinners seem to be.  The only time he finds peace and quietness from the emotional demons is through pain.  This leads to a one night encounter that ends up becoming so much more.

Aggie's life is seeped in sexuality.  From her nightly job of stripping to her work as a professional domme she's always in total control of the men in her life.  One night with Jace changes her entire life though as she finds someone who she's drawn to on a physical and emotional level and who can accept her and her issues just as much as she accepts his.  What follows is a whole lot of hot and heavy sexual interludes, a near death experience, and a lot of battles with emotional demons.  All of this leads to an amazingly satisfying story and a surprisingly emotional one as well that had me crying when I wasn't wiping the sweat from my brow.

Ms. Cunning's rock stars are always appealing.  Just when I think I have a favorite I read the next book and change my mind again. These are men with problems that they keep hidden behind the curtain.  It takes very special women, strong women, to let others see the real men behind the facade.  Aggie is definitely that strong of a woman. She embraces her sexuality and doesn't run from issues.  She faces all Jace's emotional baggage down and helps him climb out of the emotional abyss.  That's what I loved most about this story, no Big Misunderstandings!  Whenever an issue came up they talked it out.  It made me like this couple all the more for their mature way of dealing with what life threw at them.  Another thing I loved about this story was Jace himself.  I never felt I truly knew him before now as he hardly ever talked but he completely won me over.  His losses and feelings of unworthiness were easily relatable and the fact that he crawled through all that to grab his HEA when it presented itself showed a true hero and it too made me want to jump his bones.

From the realistic concert scenes to a real understanding of the ups and downs of living on the road to the jealousies and egos of others wanting the fame these five hotties have Hot Ticket grabbed me from page one and kept me clamoring to reach the end.  I felt a part of the action, both in and out of the bedroom, every step of the way through the intensely vivid depictions of the lives of rock stars I've come to expect from Ms. Cumming.  This series is continuing its path of greatness and I'm dying with anticipation, and sadness too, for the final Sinner to have his story told.  Those wanting a story with a perfect blend of romance and melodrama with some utterly scorching sexual encounters will find that and more in this, and every other installment of the Sinners on Tour series of books.  If you haven't started reading them yet, what are you waiting for!?!
