MY IMPRESSIONS OF THIS BOOK:
As a first time reader of this dynamic duo I found much to like about this baseball-fueled romance of opposites who find a deep connection once they look below the surface of what the world sees. From the steamy interactions between Mack and Greer to a storyline teeming with suspense that kept me on the edge of my seat (and guessing until the very end), I found myself quickly turning the pages to see which of my emotions were going to be played with next. Though much about this story has a familiar feel, it's still well-crafted with a likable main couple who slowly become just what the other needs to make this a good addition to the New Orleans Revelers series.
My rating for this is an A-
