From New York Times bestselling author Mimi Jean Pamfiloff comes a new immortal series filled with dark humor, angst, and a brooding hero who loves a good tweed: The Immortal Tailor.
THE IMMORTAL WORLD IS IN TROUBLE, AND THE GODS DEMAND...THEIR TAILOR COME TO THE RESCUE?
Long ago, Damien Greystone hung up his guns, knives, and rope for the quiet life of a tailor. Sure, his clients now include the likes of bloodthirsty vampires, a hair-obsessed Bigfoot, and fourteen insane deities, but at least Damien doesn’t have to kill anymore. And, sure, he’s been cursed to live alone for all eternity, but nobody’s life is perfect. Right?
Unfortunately, his monk-like existence is about to come to a screeching halt. The gods’ powers are on the fritz, and they’re demanding his help.
But when Damien starts investigating, he meets Sky Morales, a beautiful journalist who’s up to her ears in danger (and one very aggressive fairy). He has no choice but to dust off his weapons.
Can he protect her without getting too close? Because his “curse of solitude” doesn’t negotiate, and bad things will happen to Sky if he so much as feels a flutter of affection.
And as if that pressure weren’t enough, his precious store is being looked after by a love-sucking demon and a punk chick who has a knack for insulting everyone. Bigfoot isn’t pleased.
The sooner Damien can get this job done, the faster he can get back to his peaceful life. If only he weren’t enjoying getting his hands dirty again. Just like the good old days that got him in trouble.

EXCERPT:

“I don’t want to talk about it.” The fairy turned away and looked out the window.
He cocked a brow. “Did something frighten you? You mentioned before in the bathroom that
you did not want to be taken back.”
She clamped her little red lips shut and crossed her sparkly pale arms, refusing to look at him.
“If you tell me what is going on, perhaps I can help.” A lie. He did not care what happened to her. He cared for no one. It was for their own good, of course.
She sighed with an odd little peep at the end and looked at him. “I was in her purse when I thought I heard him.”
Damien frowned. “Him who?”
“One of the Brown brothers.”
The Brown brothers were the men who owned the exotic salsa company in San Diego. “One of the brothers was there at the mall that day?”
“Yes. No. Maybe? Oh! You have nice lips. Very pouty. Can I play in your mouth?”
“No.”
“How about a taint massage?” She wiggled her little finger at him in a scratching motion. Gods help me. Sex fairies were known to be easily distracted and wildly horny, but this one seemed a bit much. He needed to get the info and send her on her way. “You are not getting anywhere near my taint. Now tell me why you attacked—”
“I meant my taint.”

Book Blitz for Random on Tour: Las Vegas by Julia Kent (GIVEAWAY)

The glitz and glamour of Vegas leads to unexpected events as a tell-it-like-it-is woman loses all the savings of the rock band she manages and puts her pride and dignity on the line to recoup the money.  Keep reading to get a tempting glimpse of Random on Tour: Las Vegas by Julia Kent, with its fun and flirty storyline, then add it to your bookshelf.  In honor of this ninth installment in the Random series make sure to fill out the form below for the chance to win a $25 bookstore GC too!

Now, you know my mama’s a gambler (sweeper, whatever….), so I guess I got to blame her for a little of this.
When the band got invited to do a big gig here in Las Vegas, I was so excited. Really excited. And when we got here, I was dazzled.
A little too dazzled. I blame the lights and the money and does Vegas pump a scent through the entire town that makes you think you’re a winner, or what?Because I gambled all our money away. And by “our,” I mean the band’s money. All of it. Every dang cent.
Only no one knows. They’d kill me. So I have to find a way to make all that money back.
I have an idea. I got a good body and a smart mind.(Quit laughing).
I can do this. I can fix this.
Really.
It’s just gonna get a little weird for a while.
Random on Tour: Las Vegas is the 9th book in Julia Kent’s New York Times bestselling Random series. When the band performs in Vegas, anything goes – including Darla’s dignity and all of the band’s savings. When a savior appears, though, there’s a trade-off for being rescued. A big one. How far is Darla willing to go?
Oh, please. It’s Darla. Like you have to even wonder...
This book is told from the point of view of Darla, Trevor and Joe.

EXCERPT:

“Did you hear about the woman who died by suffocating on a guy’s penis?” I asked, all out of the blue. That’s how my brain worked sometimes, and hell if I understood it. Given any set of crises, I could compartmentalize and let at least one loose strand of gray matter float off in the wind, brought back by a breeze with a strange little factoid tucked away in the outback, coming forward to be uttered out of my no-filter mouth.
Plus, I needed time for the brain’s back burner to figure out how to give them an answer that fully conveyed my apologies and regret for being so stupid. Given that, why not distract them with a huge-dick story?
Trevor and Joe groaned in unison. They knew how I worked.
“He was from Peters, Ohio, wasn’t he?” Joe asked.
“I’ll get beer. We’re going to need it if this is one of her stories,” Trevor said, standing up and shaking his head as he and Joe exchanged a look I didn’t understand.
“No, not from Peters,” I said. “Trust me, if a guy back home had a cock that big, I’d know about it. Or have been dead long before I met you."
They both froze, then slowly turned to look at me.
Oops.

Book Spotlight on Thank You For Holding by Julia Kent & Elisa Reed

Readers looking for a fun and flirty romance will find just that with this tale of an older woman pretending to date a younger man to save face at her ex-boyfriend's wedding.  Keep reading to get a tempting taste of Thank You For Holding by Julia Kent & Elisa Reed, with its romance of friends becoming lovers, then add this second installment in the On Hold series to your bookshelf too.

Having it all is a fantasy, right?
Carrie Shelton thought her boyfriend was too good to be true. Her best friend's brother? A guy who loved antiquing? Who cuddled on the couch while watching foodie YouTube clips and talking about artisanal spices? Who helped her accessorize her outfits?
Right.
Fantasy.
So when he ran off with Kevin, the owner of an antique shop, right before his sister’s wedding, Carrie’s life went from fantasy to nightmare.
As maid of honor, she can’t back out of the wedding. And her ex is the best man - but now he has his own best man.
She needs a date. Stat.
Enter Ryan. Sure, he’s a hot male stripper at the O Spa where she works as junior designer, but he’s a few years younger and just, you know -- a friend.
Perfect. She needs a friend more than she needs a boyfriend.
A weekend of playing her boyfriend so she can save face is a lot to ask, but for some reason Carrie doesn't understand, Ryan's all in. Enthusiastic, even.
Especially when it comes to physical displays of affection.
Public kisses turn to private confessions, and pretty soon, Carrie can't tell the difference between fantasy and reality.
Because if Ryan's just pretending he's in love with her, then why does the chemistry between them -- and between the sheets -- feel so real?
Carrie can't settle for almost, though. She's already done that. She's not putting her life on hold anymore.
Turns out Ryan won't, either.
He's holding out for more.

EXCERPT:

CARRIE
I'm going to be the maid of honor in my friend Jenny's wedding. You probably saw that coming. I met Jenny at work here at the O Spa, the women’s private club chain where I am the Assistant Director for Design. O Spas are the “fourth space” for women. Home, work, and other public venues are the first three.
We are meant to be the ultimate space. From highly-trained, well-oiled, hot massage therapists who wear g-strings that are outlawed in 111 countries, to a sex toy boutique with weekly workshops, to a new coffee shop with lattes that are better than sex, the O Spa caters to what women want.
A break, a chance, and a friend.
Jenny loved working for O, but she moved on a year ago, a promotion she could only get by changing companies. We were never just work friends. We're true best friends, and besides that, we could be sisters-in-law someday. I'm dating her brother, Jamey.
Who is standing in front of my desk right now, telling me about the tickets he just scored to Straight No Chaser at the Wang Center in November. We love a cappella.
"Fifth row, Carrie! And it'll be near the holidays, so maybe they'll do songs from their Christmas album!" His dark, wavy hair falls over his forehead in a boyish little curl. His eyebrows are perfectly arched. He gets them threaded more often than I do. His narrow chinos are rolled at the cuff, exposing his bare ankles in brown loafers. And is that my cotton scarf knotted around his neck?
I smile at him. Jamey is a great boyfriend because he always wants to do fun and unusual things. Has ever since we began dating two years ago. Our friends rely on Jamey to keep them current. When Steve Martin curated the Lawren Harris show at the MFA, we were the first people in the door. When Juliet opened in Union Square, we were tasting the tasting menu before anyone else had tasted it.
You can see why a lavender flowered cotton dress -- with puffed sleeves -- is of no use to me.
“We can go back to my place after the concert and I’ll make cocoa. Bet you’d enjoy something sweet and hot,” I say with a flirtatious grin. I give him what I hope is a smoldering look. He’s holding my hand and his eyes widen in mock excitement, then he looks away.
I love Jamey.

Book Spotlight on Shopping for a Billionaire's Honeymoon by Julia Kent

Ms. Kent is a favorite amongst romance readers for her delightful blend of charm and romantic interludes.  Keep reading to get a tempting taste Shopping for a Billionaire's Honeymoon by Julia Kent and its tale of a couple looking to reignite their fire.  Once you get a glimpse of this 11th installment in the Shopping series make sure to add it to your bookshelf!

He is addicted to his phone and his new role as CEO. I’m addicted to getting some on my own honeymoon.
One of these things is not like the other.
I am pretty sure a serial killer’s lair is the only place in the world where I could stash my new husband so he can’t manage the acquisition of our new company.
And that seems a little drastic.
But only a little...
All I want is one week alone with him. Hours in bed, legs tangled together in ecstasy, room service and long walks on the beach in Hawaii.
Not vying for his kisses around a Bluetooth microphone. The Borg aren’t sexy in real life.
So I’m taking matters into my own hands and hitting “reboot” on our honeymoon.
We’re going to a place so remote that no one can find us.
Not even my mother.

EXCERPT:

Declan
It’s criminal what Shannon does to me. We just had sex, spooned and cocooned, breathing in each other’s air and imprinting each other with scent and time.
And yet she makes me want more.
Spread among the mussed bedsheets, she looks like a divine being poured her into the bed, all long, rolling hair and sultry smiles. How can a body smile at me like that? Yet it does. It sings to me, a song of joy and fire that touches the very root of me.
I climb on the edge of the bed and yank her by the ankles, hard, making her squeal.
You know what you do with criminals?
You handcuff them.
***Shopping for a Billionaire’s Honeymoon is now a full-length book of 150+ pages, with both Shannon and Declan’s points of view. Originally published with only Shannon’s viewpoint, this expanded edition is a result of reader feedback. People wanted to know what Declan was up to – so here you go. This book is meant to be read after Shopping for a Billionaire’s Wife and/or Shopping for a CEO’s Fiancée, but if you read it out of order (or even as a standalone), that’s fine. Shannon and Declan forgive you. ;)

Book Tour for Clam Jam by RC Boldt (Review & GIVEAWAY)

Fun, flirty, and full of misunderstandings is the basis for this romantic tale that has a guy doing whatever necessary in the name of love to get the girl he thinks is "the one".  Keep reading to get a tempting glimpse of Clam Jam by RC Boldt, along with my impressions of it, then learn even more about this book by visiting the other sites hosting this tour before adding it to your bookshelf.  In honor of this rom-com make sure to fill out the form for the chance to win a $5 Amazon GC too!

Clam Jam
Definition: the female equivalent of a cock block.
Example: You’re chatting with a guy you’re interested in and your friend comes along and lays claim to him.
Maggie
That’s my life—except it’s worse. My friend who keeps “jamming” me is my gay roommate and if that isn’t a W.T.F. moment, I’m not sure what is.
Fact: He went home with three—yes, three—of the guys I had been so sure were into me.
Fact: He’s really pissing me off. I mean, hello? I’m trying to get back in the saddle, but I’ll never manage to get a boyfriend before the age of fifty if he keeps this up.
Fact: Secretly, I wonder what it would be like if he weren’t gay. Why do all the hot, sweet, tender-hearted guys have to be gay?
Fact: My gay-dar needs a serious tune-up.
Ry
The day I interviewed for the room to rent, everything changed. I knew I had met “the girl”, except there was one small problem: she didn’t want anything to do with men. I recognized a top-notch force field when I saw one. She’d been burned badly and didn’t want to deal with a heterosexual guy as a roommate. I could’ve turned around and found another place to live, but I wanted to live there—with her.
So I had to go “undercover".
Fact: I’m in love with my roommate.
Fact: I’m a likely candidate for carpal tunnel surgery since all the action I’ve had for the past year has been my hand.
Fact: She’s going to hate me if I come clean now.
Fact: I’m not giving up. Which means, I’ll just have to continue to run defense until I figure out a way to get Maggie to see the “real” me.
The me that loves her.
The me that would never do her wrong.
Until then, I’ll keep running off every guy who shows any interest.
Until then, I’ll continue to Clam Jam.

EXCERPT:

“But she doesn’t want anything to do with men, Ry. What are you going to do? Just casually bring it up one morning that you’re actually hetero?” He scoffs, shaking his head at me. “I see that going over real well."
“I haven’t gotten that far but, this way, I can get to know her without all that shit getting in the way. The whole nervousness, the whole showing the other person your best at all times until you’re really committed and then it all comes out."
“And you’re going to do this by being dishonest from the get-go."
Running my hands down my face, I let out a frustrated groan. “What was my other option? To let her go, to never have an opportunity to get to know her—to never get to be her friend, at the very least—without her feeling like I have any ulterior motives--"
“Which you do."
“—and be faced with the possibility of me being too late and another guy getting to her when she decides she’s ready to start dating again?"
“I’d like to go on record and say that you’ve been watching too many damn chick flicks."
“Whatever."
He’s silent for a moment, staring at me before his lips twitch, slowly forming a smirk. “So how long have we been together, love muffin?"
The breath I’ve been holding in comes out in a slow exhale. “For a while.” Holding up a finger, I add, “But we have an ‘open’ relationship."
His eyebrows arch at that. “Why, you little player, you. Won’t commit to being monogamous, huh?” He tips his beer to his lips, takes a swig, and grins. “I bet I can convince you to be mine within a few months tops, pookie bear."
I make a face, scoffing, “Not likely."
He waves a hand dismissively. “You’ll be putting out before long. Mark my words."
“You’re not right.” I laugh, shaking my head at him.
“You’re the one who’s pretending to be gay."
“Point taken."
We both take a swig of beer and fall silent for a moment before Jack finally speaks.
“Can’t say that I’ve ever pretended to be someone’s gay lover before.” His face stretches into a wide, toothy grin.
And, just like that, my best friend is officially involved in my game plan. All for the sake of a woman I’m convinced is “the one.”

MY IMPRESSIONS OF THIS BOOK:

From the moment I read the synopsis of this book I was reminded of the screwball comedies of the 50's and 60's, particularly "Pillow Talk" with its theme of a ladies-man pretending to be gay to win over the woman who hates him. From its smile-inducing interactions to its witty banter Ms. Boldt has created a romantic comedy that will keep readers entertained while charming them with immensely appealing characters and an unforgettable story.

Maggie Finnegan's love life was going great until she found her fiancee in bed with another woman.  Throwing him out of her home, and her life, leaves her on the hunt for a new roommate though and a vow to give up on men for awhile. Into her life enters the sweet and sexy Ryland who looks like the perfect candidate...even if he is a man.  Luckily he says he's gay which means, despite her instant attraction to him, that her heart will be safe while she heals from her cheating ex.  Long heartfelt talks, common ground humor, and laugh-filled days and nights leads to a friendship teeming with sexual tension between her and Ry that has her picturing him naked.  When a steamy, unexpected kiss leads to more one night the line between love and friendship blurs, leaving her conflicted and uncertain.  Dipping her toes back into the dating pool has her becoming even more uncertain as each date ends in disaster with each man preferring Ry over her.  Everything soon becomes clear, every lie and every sweet and sensual act, in a crushing and heartbreaking moment of truth that leaves her HEA in doubt.  Maggie's a very likable heroine, funny and caring, who's had a lot of losses in her life.  It's all made her stronger though, willing to put herself on the line in order to find love.  Her and Ry have an instant connection, a connection that's easy and entertaining to watch as they're like two peas in a pod.  Her attraction to Ry's undeniable, but for the sake of loyalty to the man she believes he's with, she fights a hard fight to keep her feelings hidden.  In many ways she's a delightful heroine, easy to relate to, but when it comes to seeing Ry's machinations in her love life she's a bit clueless.

Ryland James has been drawn to Maggie since the first time he saw her getting coffee.  Seeing her every day becomes the highlight of his day, as he quickly realizes she's "the one".  Having the chance to live with her, and connect with her, has him making an unexpected declaration that will change both of their lives forever once he applies to be her roommate.  Ry loves her and knows his lie will lead to disaster but he's enjoying their time together too much to jeopardize telling her the truth.  Longing glances and dirty dreams keep him company as their friendship flourishes, but once she starts dating again it's jealousy that drives him to sabotage every single date she makes with hilarious results.  When their feelings can no longer be contained friendship leads to combustible encounters that gives him a glimpse of heaven.  With his lie hanging over them though readers will be on edge waiting for disaster to strike along with Ry's Grand Gesture of atonement that brought a tear to my eye in an immensely satisfying conclusion.  Ry's a sweet and sexy hero who wears his heart on his sleeve.  He treats Maggie like a queen, always there for her before she even realizes what she needs, and it endeared him to me. Though it was wrong of him to lie his attempts to clam jam led to lots of chuckles and a few unexpected results that added even more humor.  His love for Maggie was obvious from the start and his romantic words and deeds, sprinkled overtly and subtly throughout the story, left me charmed and rooting for him every step of the way.

Ryland and Maggie are a delightful couple, both as friends and as lovers, with a connection that crackles.  Their time together made me smile while their sexual interludes burned up the sheets and my iPad in a romance that was erotic yet playful.  Though Ryland's feelings bordered on insta-love at the start, the author gave the two of them plenty of time to build a romantic foundation that had me buying into their romance wholeheartedly and rooting for their HEA.  Along with these two engaging main characters readers got to know their friends, Jack and Sarah.  Sarah's funny, supportive, and pushed Maggie when she needed it the most.  She never felt like a third wheel in gatherings that made me feel like I was a part of too.  Jack's role was as Ryland's pretend boyfriend which gave him lots of fodder by which to make fun of him.  Jack was shameless at times, poking at Ryland over the position he was put in resulting in snarky interactions and lots of belly laughs that had me longing to learn more about Jack.  On a whole this was a delightful romance full of humor and charm that went on a bit longer than necessary but ended on the highest of notes that has me excited for what Ms. Boldt crafts next!

My rating for this is a B+

*I got this book from the author for review in exchange for my honest opinion.

Because scoring an apartment in this city is harder than finding true love. So even if I have to shack up with my buddy's smoking hot and incredibly amazing little sister, a man's got to do what a man's got to do.
I can resist Josie. I'm disciplined, I'm focused, and I keep my hands to myself, even in the mere five-hundred square feet we share. Until the one night she insists on sliding under the covers with me. It'll help her sleep after what happened that day, she says.
Spoiler-neither one of us sleeps.
Did I mention she's also one of my best friends? That she's brilliant, beautiful and a total firecracker? Guess that makes her the full package too.
What's a man stuck in a hard place to do?

EXCERPT:

I turn into the kitchen. She pulls a tray from the oven and smiles. She still wears the date outfit, but the heels are gone. She’s adorable in her fancy dress and bare feet.
“Date ended early?"
She nods. “When he invited me to see his gerbil, I thought it was time to go."
“That doesn’t entice you?"
She shakes her head. “Had he said ferret, perhaps. Alas, with gerbil I’m a firm no."
“Was it in his pants or a cage?"
“We didn’t get far enough to find out. I said thanks, I need to water the plants, and I got the hell out of Dodge."
I curl up the side of my mouth. “Guess that explains why Trish didn’t invite me home, either. I tried the hamster line on her."
She smacks me with a panda potholder. “I suppose I should have known better, though. Earlier in the date, he made a ton of masturbation comments."
I lean against the kitchen counter. “And that concerns you, since you never do that, right?"
As she slides the spatula under the dessert, she gives me a side-eye stare.
“Exactly, Chase. I never rub one out. Never.” She waves a hand over her crotch.
“Total hands-free zone."
I take her comment seriously. “Fine. You use toys. I get it. What kind?” I ask, because I can’t help myself.
She rolls her eyes. “Not telling you."
I harrumph and grab for a bar from the pan. She swats me with the spatula.
“Ouch,” I say, yanking back my hand.
“That didn’t hurt. And you should know better than to steal my dessert before it’s ready."
“You should know better than to hit my hands.” I hold both up in the air.
With a quickness I don’t see coming, she whacks me again with her utensil. This time on the other hand.
“That’s it.” I charge her, tickling her waist. “Tell me what toys and I’ll stop."
She cracks up and flails her arms, knocking me with elbows and hands and the spatula, too, until I give in to her cries for mercy.
I stare at her in our tiny sliver of a kitchen. “Waiting."
“You really want to know?"
I nod eagerly. I’m playing with fire, but I can’t resist. The desire to know outweighs all else.
She works the spatula under the bars again, shaking her head. “I can’t believe we’re having this conversation."
I hold out my hands. “C’mon. We talk about all sorts of stuff.” Then, an idea strikes me. I open the kitchen cupboard, grab a bottle of Patron, and hold it up.
“This will help all that shyness."
She stares at me with narrowed eyes. “I’m not shy at all."
I grab two shot glasses and pour. “Better safe than sorry, Miss Not Shy At All."
I hand her one, and she takes it. Then I raise my glass, and the drink goes down the hatch with a burn. She follows suit, swallowing it quickly, then sets her glass down. I do the same.
I rub my palms together. “Toy confessional time. What have you got?"
She arches an eyebrow. “Really? You really want to know?"
I narrow my eyes. “What part of your roommate being a dirty bastard do you not understand? Obviously, I want to know. I’m a guy. This is like Christmas morning. But if this helps..."
I pour two more shots then slide her glass over to her. Once more, we down them.
She draws a deep breath. “Since you asked . . . I have a few toys. A little silver bullet. A bigger dolphin. And I have a waterproof finger vibrator."
And the temperature in me shoots through the roof. I tug at the neck of my shirt. “For the shower?” I croak out.
“Seeing as we don’t have a bathtub, yes, it would have to be for the shower."
“You masturbate in the shower?” I ask, and the visual is so fucking clear in my mind—Josie under a hot stream of water that slopes off her breasts, a finger vibrator working between her thighs.
She nods as she slides the bars onto a cooling rack. Just then I remember she promised me seven-layer bars when she freaked out the other night. And she delivered. Fuck, I think she might be perfect, what with her desserts and her shower hobby.

MS. BLAKELY'S PREVIOUS ROMANTIC COMEDIES SET AMIDST THIS STORY'S TIMELINE....

BIG ROCK  |  WELL HUNG  |  MISTER O

MY IMPRESSIONS OF THIS BOOK:

Readers looking for a romance that will put a smile on their face while making them blush will get just that with this charming friends-to-lovers tale.  From its larger-than-life main characters to its witty, rapid-fire dialogue, this story captivated me from the first page to the last and had me rooting for their HEA every step of the way.  A memorable hero paired with a sweet and sassy heroine quickly became just what the doctor ordered in this story that I never wanted to end and that I can't recommend enough!

Chase seems to have everything with a career he loves and a life that fulfills him, but he's becoming desperate in his search for an apartment.  He doesn't own much and isn't too picky when it comes to a roommate, but past experience has him leery of accepting the obvious choice of moving in with his female best friend.  He's always felt comfortable with Josie and found their interactions the highlight of his day, but sharing walls brings them even closer together and has him realizing the truth about his long-held feelings.  Fear over ruining their friendship has him settling for less than he wants from her in a battle he wages with his heart as he tries to keep the "l-word" from being said. When their time together runs out will Chase finally speak what's in his heart or lose the fragile foundation they've built?  Chase is charming and exactly what readers want in a hero as he was sweet, caring, and had a heart made of gold. His love for Josie was very obvious from the start and I felt great sympathy for him as he fought to keep his feelings hidden as Josie wanted.  He was sexy and romantic too and is the latest addition to my list of book boyfriends as he's pure perfection!

Josie's a strong-willed young woman who seems unlucky in love.  Bad experiences in the past have her doubtful of finding true love which is why she's so protective of her friendship with Chase.  They're like two peas in a pod with a connection that's crackling, each supportive of the other and doing sweet things for each that clearly shows their devotion to one another.  Josie's immensely likable, open and honest, except when it comes to her feelings for Chase as she can't see her life without him in it and fears the changes their friends-to-lovers relationship might have on their future.  Josie's a bubbly heroine, proud of her curves and unashamed of saying what she wants when it comes to sex.  She's the kind of heroine I wish inhabited every romance book as she's smart, sexy, and snarky.

This book held me captive from the very first page with its witty and sensually-charged banter between two good friends.  Chase and Josie were a crackling couple with interactions that were full of sexual tension as well as humor that put a smile on my face.  The sexual interludes were combustible, heating up my iPad, while retaining the playful banter of their friendship.  Fear held Chase and Josie back but this story wasn't dripping with angst as their interactions were charming and playful.  Thankfully too readers didn't have to wait too long for the richly rewarding HEA that had me cheering...and even more in love with Chase.  Surrounding this engaging couple is a large cast of secondary characters that we've seen in past books from the author which gives a feeling of family and unquestionable support that rounds out this heartwarming tale.  Ultimately Ms. Blakely has crafted yet another winning romantic comedy that I can't recommend highly enough to those looking for a fun and flirty read full of heart!

My rating for this is an A+
