It's that time of year where we lose an hour of sleep. Yes, the time change means it stays brighter longer into the evening, but we still lose an hour of sleep and that's what's really important. So this is a friendly reminder.....Did you set your clocks an hour ahead last night?????????

Good for you Shelby!!! Thankfully my calendar has it listed too. I definitely feel extra tired today because of the time change though.
