It's that time again when our sleep schedules are ruined due to the completely confusing event called Daylight Savings Time! Supposedly its purpose is to allow us to use less energy in lighting our homes by taking advantage of the longer and later daylight hours. Whatever the reasoning, I vastly prefer setting the clock back and getting extra sleep......BUT.....
Tonight's the night to set your clocks ahead one hour! So sleep well and when you feel groggy tomorrow blame it on the one less hour of sleep you're getting.

I hate the time change and don't know why we just can't leave things alone. Everybody seems so draggy for days after the time change, so that should be reason enough to just leave it be.ReplyDelete
