I'm not ashamed to admit out loud that I'm a sci-fi junkie! You've already seen bits and pieces of my Doctor Who love, but it goes sssssooooo much further than that. Today we'll talk a bit about Torchwood and it's star John Barrowman. His character, Capt. Jack Harkness, burst into the world of Doctor Who and became so memorable that he got his own show. From the brash snarkiness to the intense feelings of love and loneliness he projects as the man who can't ever die, he won me over at hello (plus his military coat is to die for). And today is his 44th birthday! Happy Birthday John and I can't wait for the new season of Torchwood!
