MY IMPRESSIONS OF THIS BOOK:
As a fan of music-themed romances I just gobble up each new release. This third installment in the Music City Lovers series is no exception and with each turn of the page I fell even more in love with this couple. Theirs was a journey that warmed my heart, a journey that had me cheering them on to defy the odds.
Kade Tucker is the man every woman wants and is the man every other man wants to be. The public sees him as a playboy, flitting from one woman to another, but the truth is that Kade loves love. He believes in it wholeheartedly but has been unlucky in it. Seeing his brothers find their HEAs has him longing for his own, but after a slew of failed relationships he’s taking a break. Fate’s funny though and it’s at that moment that he finds the woman of his dreams…now, he just needs to convince her of it! Kade’s a delicious hero with a big, loving, heart. The moment he comes to Stella’s rescue is the moment he knows he’s found “the one” and slowly but surely sets out to claim her in a sweet and sizzling journey full of heart and soul.
Stella Bell comes from a loving family, a family who wants only the best for her. What they want for her though isn’t what she wants…and after years of trying to live up to their plans for her, she hits the road to finally make a life for herself. From the first page to the last this was an entertaining book with a likable cast of characters. It was a sweet yet sizzling journey of finding the one person meant for you and committing to them wholeheartedly. Though I hadn’t read the previous books in this series I had no trouble immersing myself in this book. The characters won me over from the start and had me rooting for them through the few hiccups thrown their way. On a whole this was a well-crafted romance that has me excited for what Ms. Capulet has planned next!
