To all the moms out there I hope you have a wonderful day full of pampering! To my own mom, thanks for not giving up on me when every doctor told you to give me away after I became a quadriplegic. Thanks for shoving me out of the nest when uncertainty might have reared its ugly head and thanks still for playing chauffeur whenever I need to get out and about.
Thanks too for the joy my own baby brings me every day. She didn't give me a gift today, but at least I didn't find a hairball on the carpet which is gift enough. Thank you dear Miranda!
